After three revisions the Varadero Battery Space Frame is finally finished. The first revision, pictured left was a bit overkill in the amount of steel that I was using and was subsequently pulled apart and refashioned into what you see on the right.

There are 4 parts to the Space Frame.

• Main Battery Space – This holds the main batteries.

• Bellypan – Sits below the motor. It can oly be installed when the bike is a rolling chassis.

• Top Space – This sits beneath the tank and also acts as a support to the Alltrax Controller.

• Front Space – This is attached to the former radiator lugs.
